The NCAA men's volleyball season is officially coming to a close. Only three matches remain before a 2026 champion is crowned.
The Final Four consists of many of the usual suspects, like No. 2 Hawaii, No. 3 Long Beach State and No. 4 Ball State. But one upset has landed unseeded UC Irvine in the semifinals — the Anteaters defeated No. 1 overall seed and Final Four host UCLA in the regional finals.
Another underdog storyline to follow is Ball State. The Cardinals have never won a men's volleyball championship, and they could make history this weekend. Long Beach State are the reigning national champions, and Hawaii last won back-to-back titles in 2021-22.
