When is DRC's cast supposed to be removed?

I'm sure a lot of the WR's from the other teams don't like it either. They are tired of getting thumped in the head with it.

He has two picks in 3 games with it, why would you want him to take it off?

I was thinking the same thing. The guy was dropping easy picks before and now he snags stuff like a Fitz Jr. Dont mess with a good thing IMO.
