His name is Alex. I don’t think he’s much better than Josh Sweat and he’s both entering his age 30 season and only under contract for another year after this one.

It’s definitely better to have two above-average edge players than one, and only Sweat and Burke are under contract for 2027. But I think I’d rather invest a draft pick at the position and get three years of value than trade the asset.

You beat me to it, as I was going to post a retraction. My mind kept calling him Ali all the time, for that reason. I checked the next time I got into the car and listened to them continually calling him Alex
