The first round of the 2025 NFL Draft begins Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET with the Tennessee Titans going on the clock at No. 1 overall. The Los Angeles Rams will have to wait a while before it’s their turn to pick, sitting at No. 26 in the first round.
It’s seven picks later than the spot where they picked Jared Verse last year and just seven picks from the end of Round 1, for reference.
With such a long wait until the Rams go on the clock, it can be hard to know what time they’ll make their first selection. Good news: We’re here to help.
Last year, the Buccaneers selected Graham Barton with the 26th pick at 11:19 p.m. ET. The year prior, the Cowboys picked Mazi Smith 26th overall at 11:20 p.m. ET.
Accounting for the 10-minute clock for each first-round pick, we can estimate that the Rams will go on the clock at around 11:10 p.m. ET.
This is obviously contingent on how quickly or slowly the 25 teams ahead of them make their picks, but it gives you an idea of what time to tune into the draft if you just want to see the Rams make their selection.
