$10M base and include these incentives:

• $20K per win
• $50K for throwing more TDs than Ints
• $100K for throwing more than four hundered passes in a season
• $200K for throwing more than five hundered passes in a season
• $100K for throwing more than 3,000 yards
• $200K for throwing more than 4,000 yards
• $100K if he has fewer than 10 fumbles
• $200k if he has fewer than 5 fumbles
• $250K for having a QB rating over 100.0 for the season
• $200K for guiding the team to the playoffs again
• $100K for a wildcard win and $150K for a divisional round win or $300K for a divisional round win (more money due to the fact we'd be a #1 or #2 seed)
• $500K for a conference round win
• $500K for making the Pro Bowl
• A cool $1M for a Super Bowl win
• Another Cool $1M if he's League MVP
• Another cool $1M if he is Super Bowl MVP

If everything goes his way, that'd be around $15M after incentives.
