Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Rashid Shaheed is approaching free agency this March.
Shaheed will carry the title of reigning Super Bowl champion into negotiations with suitors around the NFL once the window for unrestricted free agents to begin signing with teams opens on March 11.
Spotrac estimates Shaheed’s market value to be $14.1 million in 2026.
Shaheed was a midseason trade acquisition for the Seahawks. Seattle traded a future 2026 fourth-round pick in addition to a 2026 fifth-round pick to the New Orleans Saints in exchange for Shaheed. He last signed a one-year, $5.2 million extension with the Saints in 2024.
The Arizona native recorded a total of 59 receptions for 687 receiving yards in 2025. Shaheed also went for two receiving touchdowns last season. The former 2023 first-team All-Pro punt returner matched his punt return yards from 2023 with 339 yards on the year while also exceeding his 1,479 punt all-purpose yards from 2023 with 1,542 in 2025.
