UConn coach Geno Auriemma gave a heated mid-game interview about how one of his players had a ripped jersey, an alluded indicator of rough play, during Friday night's Final Four game in Phoenix against South Carolina.
The player in question, Huskies superstar Sarah Strong, had to swap out jerseys late into the contest. However, Strong shared postgame that she was the one who ripped her jersey by accident, not a South Carolina player.
