LSU baseball extended its 2026 season with a 6-2 victory over Oklahoma in the first round of the 2026 SEC Baseball Tournament at the Hoover Met in Hoover, Alabama Tuesday night.
The No. 14-seed Tigers (30-27) advance to the second round to take on No. 6 Auburn (36-18) Wednesday night. The game will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of the No. 10 Tennessee/No. 7 Arkansas game, which is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. CT.

LSU's matchup with Auburn will be televised on SEC Network.
This will mark the first time LSU and Auburn have played this season. LSU is in danger of missing the NCAA Tournament for the first time in LSU head coach Jay Johnson's four-year tenure. It needs to win the SEC Tournament and secure the conference's automatic bid to get into an NCAA regional.
