Some draft experts are now putting him inthe second round. If the Cardinals go defense with there first pick can you see them reaching alittle and going after the hometown guy and taking him as their fist WR in the draft. This would be a similar move like with Plummer and it did pay off early for the team with both attendance and wins early. I could see them hoping for same and taking a chance.

I kind of hope they don't. McDonald is a little too small for my taste. I saw him at Long Wong's on Mill Ave. 2 months ago getting out of a phatty Lexus, and the dude is tiny. I'm bigger than he is, and I'm not a big guy.

Now I saw Ike Diogu the past two days (PAC-10 Freshman hoops player of the year) and that dude is big...

The only scenerio where I see McDonald going this early is if Martz decides to take him. He seems to fit into the Az Hakim mold: I see him as a future Ram. Any pther team would be reaching in the second round, especially the Cards.

We've talked about this scenario a few times and I think that has a good chance of happening.

I hope the Cards don't waste a 2nd rounder on Diogu. I doubt if he'll be able to be signed.

He would make on hell of a tight end if he bulked up! :D
