He has career NBA averages of 7.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists (1.6 turnovers) and 0.8 steals per game on 37.3% shooting and 31.0% from distance.

He has won three medals for the French national team, including gold in the 2017 U16 European Championship, silver in the 2018 U17 World Cup and silver in the 2022 Eurobasket. He also played in the 2023 World Cup, where he averaged 12 points and 1.7 assists per game.

I don't know anything about him but I'm glad that we have somebody to help handle the ball.

He was supposed to be the next Tony Parker. I admit I have not watched him play on the teams he is on. His numbers look pretty good for such a young guy.

I bet the Suns are looking at the success Dallas had with Dante Exum.

Theo Maledon is only 22.

An interesting tidbit. With OKC, Theo scored 33 points in a game against Phoenix on 4-2-2021.

He also had 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 5 turnovers. Also, he was 5-7 from 3-point range.

If he can handle the rock and hit a corner three, put him in! :)
He can't hit a corner 3. Shooting 16.7% - makes Okogie's 27% look amazing.

He can't hit 2's either - only shooting 39% on 2's.

In his career he shoots 37%.

This guy cannot play in the NBA till he learns to shoot better.

We're supposed to have a G-League team next year and until then Two Way guys are basically youngsters on extended 10 day deals. Can't hate on giving someone like Maledon a look but I'm curious if we'll be able to keep him beyond this season on a Two-Way deal.

As a PG he shouldn't be in the corner much, if at all. He played on bad teams so I'm not going to put a lot in his shooting corner 3's elsewhere considering he was likely guarded for those attempts, unlike Okogie.

His shooting isn't good but he wasn't brought in to be a shooter. He was brought in as a PG. He's 1 of 3 on the team, including 1 other Two-Way player and he actually has more NBA experience than our other PG in Goodwin. We'll see what he can do. Low risk, won't say high reward but there is potential for some reward.

We have shooters he can learn from right now. Maybe seeing what Book, Beal, and KD go through in practice to be better shooters will lay a foundation.
