MANCHESTER - Senior Charlotte De Tolla had five goals, including the 200th of her career as the St. Thomas Aquinas girls lacrosse team beat Derryfield, 22-11 in a Division III game on Wednesday, May 6.

It was the fourth straight game, a Saints player reached a milestone.

Senior Talula Gregg had a team-high 10 goals for the Saints, while Julia Bryan and Annita Parmelee both had two, and Lucy Broom had one.

STA goalies Reese Foss and Cara Forest combined for four saves. Defensively, Lena Shaheen and Izzy Taylor starred.

HAMPTON - Elle Emery had four goals and three assists, and McKinley Fowler had four goals and one assist for Winnacunnet in its Division II win.

Hannah Curtin added three goals and two assists for the Warriors, and Ari Rizzo (three goals), Addy McErlain (two goals), Annika Jacques (goal, assist), Leah Costa (goal), Emily Arlington (goal), Fiona McAfee (goal), Ruby Lang (goal) and May Mitchell (goal) all figured in the scoring.

HOLLIS - Luke Daly had three goals and Ryan Resch, Grady Estes and Colby Tasker all had two for St. Thomas Aquinas in its Division II win.

Ryan Carr and Mike Flood each scored one goal for the Saints, while goalie Jake More had eight saves. STA's Rhys Sullivan was 11-for-14 on faceoffs.

SOUTH BERWICK, Maine - Senior Hayden Demeroto had three assists and scored his 100th career goal for the Hawks in this Class B contest.

Drake Anderson led Marshwood with two goals and one assist, and Asher Watts and Robert Williams both had two goals, and teammate Damien Gilmore had one.

Traip Academy 8


KITTERY, Maine - Remick Matty, Ian Deichler, and Tierney Ford all had two goals for Traip in its Class C loss. Terrance Swiger and Hippolyte Simon both had one goal for the Rangers.

Diechler added three assists for Traip, and Ford had two. Traip goalie Owen Burke had four saves.

BASEBALL​

DERRY - Ethan Roy had three hits and Zeke Ruiz had two hits and two RBIs for Winnacunnet (6-3) in its Division I loss.

Pinkerton scored two runs in the first inning, but the Warriors tied the game with two runs in the fifth. Brantson Larck's bases-loaded walk scored Ryan Giuffre, and Justin Coates scored when Harvey Reynoso was hit by a pitch.

Pinkerton answered with three runs in the fifth. Ruiz's two-run single up the middle scored Roy and pinch-runner Dom Lake in the sixth. Coates allowed five hits and two earned runs over five innings, striking out five.

SOFTBALL​

HAMPTON - The Warriors scored eight runs in the fourth inning and handed Pinkerton (9-1) its first loss of the season.

Maeva Shapiro and Khloe Tower both had two hits and two RBIs for Winnacunnet (6-4), while Celina King had two hits and scored two runs, Lucy Gelbstein tripled and scored two runs, and Arden Langmaid walked twice and scored two runs.

HAMPTON - Connor McLaughlin had 10 kills and four digs, and Ryan Roseburg had 19 assists for Winnacunnet in its Division I match.

Individual game scores were 25-23, 25-21, 25-14.
