I don’t see any pragmatic option right now where Gannon stays. He has, I believe one year left on his contract, and if retained, he will need to flush his staff. Let’s say they keep him and allow him to hire a new staff. No competent, successful assistant coaches are going to sign up for one year. I don’t see Bidwill extending Gannon right now either. In reality, the only option is moving on from the head coach.

I think the question now is, does Monty stay? The defense is healthy, the defensive staff was lauded and you hired a defensive coach. The players assembled are not competing and consistent 40-burgers are embarrassing.
