If listed item 1 is true it would be fitting for Arch to play for the Cardinals, no?1. Arch Manning is horrible
2. We’re horrible
3. Arch Manning ain’t coming here
The Mannings aren't going to risk their precious to a owner who has shown can't run a NFL franchise. If listed item 1 is true it would be fitting for Arch to play for the Cardinals, no?
Definitely would be another example of the Cardinals being a laughingstock franchise. If the Cards get the first pick they can take Manning and trade him. Moore would seem a better fit for an MLF offense.

I will disagree. I don't believe there is any positive that comes with having such an inept front office that you lose so much you have the number 1 pick in the draft and then trading that pick to move down for a different QB.I'm intrigued by Moore, but got a whole season to go.
I'll take Moore and a couple picks in selling the #1. Better than taking him straight up and have 1 extra dopamine hit at the end of a dead season.
Better than him refusing to come here pubilically which would absolutely happen.Definitely would be another example of the Cardinals being a laughingstock franchise.
I think we all areMan I pray MLF is the guy.

That just seems like the biggest middle finger to your fan base that you can give. Not only are we going to compile a terrible roster to give us the best chance to have a miserable season and the number 1 pick, but then we aren't even going to take the QB we feel is the best and instead trade down?
A question, and I have no idea about the correct answer. Of the teams that made the playoffs last year, how many had right tackles that were drafted in the first round?Price would be impractical.
100%I think we all are
Generally speaking, I am not sure there are many scenarios where the #1 pick is a scheme issue in such a way that you would select a lesser graded QB. Kyler Murray might be the closest I can think of, but I am not aware of the situation you are describing ever happening. If the prospects are that close, just take the one you want. (This isn't to say that I believe Arch is the best QB prospect, just in general).Wouldn't we want a QB that is best fit for the system? I would suppose if Moore is that. If not, fine.
Are you high on Arch? He's gunna be #1 as of now, no? Would everyone love having him? Doesn't sound like it. But some team will want him.
Sure, if there is a QB far and away the best, then we have that option too.
Pretty sure we get the middle finger every year. If we want to rebuild we could do so with extra high picks and a great QB prospect.
But I mean, some don't want the #1 pick and would prefer to win one meaningless game at the end. So in that scenario you get Moore anyway (for example) and no extra picks. Would you prefer that, or are you fine with having #1?

If the Cardinals are picking 1 and they feel Moore is the best QB, just take Moore. There is no reason to play games with it. Of course there can be small likelihood scenarios that could occur but that is probably such an outlier that it isn't worth discussing until it happens.
