Tough schedule? I thought this is supposed to be one of the easiest ones?
:pullhair::shrug::stick:
Only a small part of the schedule is supposed to be easy based on last year.

NFC West 6 games
AFC East 4 games
NFC North 4 games
14 of 17 match the other 3 teams in the NFC West.

These are the games based on placement from last year.

NFC South 4th Place Team - Panthers
AFC West 4th Place Team - Chargers
NFC East 4th Place Team - Commanders

So only 3 of them. I don't know if they schedule home and away in the set games against other divisions based on SOS or just based on making the schedule work.

BOOOoooooo....
I’m definitely more optimistic than my 2-15 prediction last season:)

I do not like our schedule. We will be a beat up team going into the easier(not easy) part of our schedule.

It’s hard to recover when you limp to the end. We just don’t have the depth as of yet.

I predicted 0 wins last year and they somehow got 4.

I was impressed with how hard they played.
I could see anywhere from 6–9 wins depending on health.

Yeah but that bye right before the easier stretch should make a difference

1. W-@Bills- This is one of my huge upsets - I think the bills lost some crucial players and we sneak in a W in the confusion/identity loss
2. W-Rams- Okay, the rams made the playoffs. BFD. Stafford is a grandpa and the defense lost one of the greatest defensive nightmares of all time. Don’t get the ram hype, they are a descending team this year imo
3. L-Lions-not too many neurons in this one
4. W-Commanders- we had better rise up and stick it to KK
5. L-@49ers-nope
6. L-@Packers- tough game, don’t think we are there yet
7. W-Chargers- Harbaugh scares me, this team roster doesnt
8. L-@Dolphins- have this feeling that OBJ has one last good game and it will be against the cardinals
9. W-Bears - tough game
10.L-Jets -if Aaron Rodgers is still standing- he has always known how to carve up the cardinals
12. W-@Seahawks- Seahawks overplayed given their roster talent last year, I think they will be trash this year
13. W-@Vikings- qb room is a mess for the Vikings
14. W-Seahawks - see above
15. W-Patriots - trash team
16. W-Panthers - win against the smaller Kyler 2.0 aka Bryce young
17. L-@Rams - this really depends how bad the cards want it. I think the rams are on the decline as above, but it’s still tough to beat them on the road
18. L-49ers

10-7

Huh?! Rodgers is 3-4 vs. the Cardinals, including the two OT playoff losses and the ridiculous loss to Rosen in 2018, plus the "AJ Green brain fart" narrow win in 2021.

I think we'll probably win 8 or 9 games. :) To give a specific number, I say we'll go 8-9 with a bit of a rough start but improving later on.

I like how you have us sweeping the home games. That would be an amazing turnaround after the last 2.5 seasons of home game misery.

The Cardinals have won fewer [edit: or no more] games at home than away for SIX consecutive seasons, back through the miserable Wilks season.

2018: 3 wins (1 home, 2 away)
2019: 5.5 wins (2.5 home, 3 away)
2020: 8 wins (4 home, 4 away)
2021: 11 wins (3 home, 8 away)
2022: 4 wins (1 home, 3 away)
2023: 4 wins (2 home, 2 away)

Well the shorter preseason and misuse of it regardless of the amount of games, has clubs not playing their best ball until 1/4 of the season is over! It’s pretty easy to pop bubble wrap.
