The Golden State Warriors were at home on Friday night for Game 6 of their first-round series against the Houston Rockets.
Golden State entered Friday’s game looking to clinch the series with a victory and advance to the second round where they would meet the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Instead, the Warriors were unable to use their home court to their advantage as Houston used a dominant fourth quarter to keep their season alive.
This was a disappointing ending for the Warriors as they will now have to travel to Houston for Game 7 on Sunday in a win-or-go-home game after previously leading the series 3-1.

Of course, one player that has not seen a ton of playing time in the series is Warriors young forward Jonathan Kuminga, who has been benched by head coach Steve Kerr.
Kerr has benched Kuminga since the final game of the regular season due to his fit with Jimmy Butler on the court and his only appearances in the playoffs came in Game 2 and 3 when Butler was injured.
After Friday’s loss, Kerr was asked if he would use Kuminga in Game 7 on Sunday due to his size and athleticism.
“100%, he's on the table,” Kerr responded when asked if Kuminga could play in Game 7 against the Rockets on Sunday.
This is a massive statement by Kerr and it looks as though Kuminga may be back in the rotation on Sunday for Game 7 in Houston.
Of course, the Warriors have struggled rebounding the ball due to the Rockets using a two big man lineup with Alperen Sengun and Steven Adams.

Because of this, Kerr could end up using another big body in Kuminga who should be able to help out on the glass as well as on the defensive side of the ball.
Kuminga would also give the Warriors another solid scorer outside of Butler and Stephen Curry, which has been hard to come by thus far in the series for Golden State.
