The Super Bowl champs are back, and fans can catch the first action of the 2026 Seahawks season this week.

Seahawks players and coaches are now preparing for the season at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, with a set of public training camp sessions coming. Here's how fans can see the full roster running drills and workouts ahead of the team's opening preseason game on Aug. 15. The Seahawks regular season games begin September 9, with a rematch of the Super Bowl against the New England Patriots.

What's the Seahawks 2026 training camp schedule?​

Public events at the Seahawks' Training Camp run from July 28 - Aug. 13 for fans. Here's the full schedule of events and links to register for tickets:

How much does it cost to visit the Seahawks training camp?​

Fans must register and purchase a transportation pass to attend a Seahawks training camp session. The passes are available for $15.

The Seattle Seahawks practice at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, Washington.

Parking for Seattle Seahawks training camp​

Fans attending training camp are required to park at The Landing in Renton, and then use team transportation to get to and from the VMAC. Parking is located on the third and fourth level of the Renton Parking Garage at The Landing.

When do the Seahawks begin the preseason?​

Football officially returns to Lumen Field on Aug. 15, when the Seahawks take on the Dallas Cowboys at 5 p.m. The Seahawks will only play one preseason game at home this year.
