The 2026 high school softball season has come to a close, and the Eugene-Springfield area featured no shortage of stellar performances throughout the year.
Marist Catholic (Class 4A) and Harrisburg (3A) each made runs to the state quarterfinals. Sheldon, Churchill, North Eugene, Junction City, Pleasant Hill and Elmira also reached the playoffs after strong regular seasons.
Now, it is time to further recognize Eugene-Springfield's standouts. Vote for who you think should be softball player of the year, sponsored by Active Chiropractic.

Harrisburg senior pitcher Sara Bray was named the Mountain Valley Conference pitcher of the year after leading the Eagles to the league title and the Class 3A quarterfinals.
Churchill senior center fielder Sienna Brown earned first-team all-Midwestern League honors after helping the Lancers to a 20-7 record and second-place league finish.
Harrisburg senior third baseman Sierra Clark was named the Mountain Valley Conference offensive player of the year after leading the Eagles to the league title and the Class 3A quarterfinals.
Sheldon senior first baseman Presley Debaldo earned first-team all-Southwest Conference honors after leading the Irish to a fourth-place league finish.
Thurston senior center fielder Syren Ferguson received first-team all-Midwestern League honors after helping the Colts to a fifth-place league finish.
Thurston senior catcher Daphne Heckel earned first-team all-Midwestern League honors after helping the Colts to a fifth-place league finish.
Heckel smashed nine home runs on the year.
North Eugene junior Gracie Hibler received first-team all-Midwestern League honors as a utility player after helping the Highlanders to a fourth-place league finish.
Churchill junior shortstop Sahalie Hoberg received first-team all-Midwestern League honors after leading the Lancers to a 20-7 record and second-place league finish.
Thurston junior third baseman Raygan Litle earned first-team all-Midwestern League honors after helping the Colts to a fifth-place league finish.
Litle clubbed 10 home runs this season. She also earned a gold glove, awarded annually to the Midwestern League's top defensive players.
Churchill freshman pitcher Jaylee Litten earned first-team all-Midwestern League honors after leading the Lancers to a 20-7 record and second-place league finish.
Litten was named the MWL pitcher of the year after striking out 211 batters in 132 2/3 innings.
Marist Catholic junior Sophia Lydon received first-team all-Sky-Em League honors after leading the Spartans to the league title and the Class 4A state quarterfinals.
Junction City junior pitcher Nataly Moore earned first-team all-Sky-Em League honors after leading the Tigers to a 12-12 record and second-place league finish.
Cottage Grove sophomore Tori Noffsinger received first-team all-Sky-Em League honors after helping the Lions to a fourth-place league finish.
Willamette freshman center fielder Payton Perdue earned first-team all-Southwest Conference honors after helping the Wolverines to a sixth-place finish.
Perdue was one of just three freshmen in the conference to earn first-team honors.
Sheldon junior center fielder Natalia Shoemaker received first-team all-Southwest Conference honors after leading the Irish to a fourth-place league finish.
Elmira senior pitcher Audrey Varozza earned first-team all-Mountain Valley Conference honors after leading the Falcons to a 17-6 record and second-place league finish.
Marist Catholic junior Lillian Wobbe was named the Sky-Em League pitcher of the year and earned first-team all-league honors after leading the Spartans to the Class 4A state quarterfinals.
