He pitched a complete-game seven-hitter with 15 strikeouts and just one walk to lift the Knights to a 2-1 win over Voorhees to clinch a Skyland Conference Valley Division title.
MATTY DALFONZO

He doubled in the game-winning run in the bottom of the 10th inning and singled and scored the tying run in the seventh in the Red Devils’ 8-7 win over Vernon in a Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex Tournament semifinal.
CASEY HOECKLE

The righty threw a seven-inning no-hitter at Warren Hills in a 6-0 win in Bernardsville. He struck out 15 and allowed one walk in the 102-pitch effort.
LOGAN KAUFMAN
Sayreville
Senior
The senior delivered when the Bombers needed him. Kaufman allowed one run in six innings with five strikeouts as Sayreville beat Carteret 6-1 I the Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament play-in round. He also went 1-for-3 with two RBIs in the win.
MICAH NEMETH
South Amboy
Junior
Nemeth had an overpower start in a 4-1 win over New Brunswick. The righthander had 16 strikeouts in seven innings allowing a run on four hits and a walk. For the season, he had 64 strikeouts in 29 innings with a 1.45 ERA. He is also hitting .471 on the season (16-for-34) with 16 RBIs.
SUMEDH SHINGALA
Piscataway
Junior
Shingala threw his second no-hitter of the season in a 13-0, five-inning win over Highland Park. The lefthander walked four with 12 strikeouts. He also threw a five-inning no-hitter on March 30 against New Brunswick allowing two walks with 11 strikeouts.
