The Clarion Ledger has looked at the top softball players in Mississippi near the end of the 2025 regular season, with schools making headway into their respective playoff schedules for MHSAA.

Mississippi high school fans can vote now on who they think the Mississippi softball player of the year is at the end of the regular season. Fans may vote in the poll BELOW one time per hour per device. The poll closes at noon on Saturday.

Statistics were compiled from coaches' submissions or found on MaxPreps, Scorebook Live and Game Changer, and fall back on the Week of April 9 from the Clarion Ledger's players to watch list.

Adrinae Aikens, East Marion: Aikens is hitting .565 and has 47 RBIs, 28 runs, 26 hits with nine home runs.

Lilly Andrews, Yazoo County: The sophomore has a .683 batting average with 28 hits, 23 RBIs and 19 extra-base hits.

Londen Armstrong, DeSoto Central: Armstrong is batting .460 with 31 runs scored, 29 hits, 15 RBIs and four home runs.

Sadie Bright, South Panola: Bright has a 0.86 ERA and a 12-1 record with 120 strikeouts in 73⅓ innings pitched.

Lucy Cochran, East Union: Cochran has a 7-1 record on the mound with 60 strikeouts and a .432 batting average with 19 hits and 11 RBIs.

Makenzie Cooley, Clinton: The senior has a .449 batting average with 31 hits, 26 RBIs and 14 extra-base hits, including three home runs.

Camiyah Craft, Hattiesburg: Craft has a .467 batting average with a state-high 37 stolen bases and 21 hits.

Abby Danis, East Central: Danis is batting .444 with 32 hits, 17 RBIs and 15 runs. She also has a 7-3 record in the circle with a 1.14 ERA and 67 strikeouts.

Teegan DeWitt, Hancock: The Pearl River College signee has a 1.40 ERA with 146 strikeouts and a 9-2 record. She also had a .518 batting average with 29 hits and 18 RBIs.

Macie Dever Boaz, Hernando: The Arkansas commit has a .571 batting average with 27 RBIs, five home runs and 33 runs scored.

Mabry Eason, Lafayette: The Jones College signee has a .557 batting average with 39 hits, 17 RBIs and eight doubles. She also has a 7-1 record in the circle with 58 strikeouts.

Victoria Fields, Kossuth: Fields has a .543 batting average with 38 hits, 35 runs, 31 RBIs and four home runs.

Olivia Garrett, Booneville: Garrett has a 14-2 record in the circle with 198 strikeouts, a 0.80 ERA and a .383 batting average.

Madilyn Graham, Stringer: The Southern Miss signee has a 6-1 record in the circle with a 1.61 ERA and 115 strikeouts. She also has a .423 batting average with 22 hits and 28 RBIs.

Olivia Higginbotham, Hernando: Higginbotham has a .524 batting average with 12 RBIs and 32 runs scored.

Alex Holeman, Pisgah: The senior has a .534 batting average with 41 runs, 39 hits, 18 RBIs, nine doubles and seven stolen bases.

Jaycee Holifield, Stringer: The Pearl River College signee is hitting .510 with 25 hits, 25 runs scored and 22 RBIs with 15 extra-base hits.

Kynnedy Lumpkins, Sumrall: Lumpkins is hitting .435 with 39 RBIs, 39 runs and 37 hits with 21 extra base hits, including 10 home runs.

Gracie McDonald, Ocean Springs: The South Alabama signee has a team-high .512 batting average with 42 hits, 31 runs and 17 RBIs.

Syndee Norman, Alcorn Central: Norman has a 7-4 record in the circle with 126 strikeouts and a .442 batting average, 23 hits.

Gracie Odom, West Marion: Odom has a .614 batting average with 35 hits, 31 runs, 19 RBIs and 15 extra-base hits, including three home runs.

Skylar Partlow, Itawamba Agricultural: The Itawamba College signee is hitting .438 with 35 hits, 34 runs scored 10 RBIs and 25 stolen bases.

D’Zayvianna Peyton, Jefferson Davis County: Peyton has a .724 batting average with 21 hits and 19 RBIs in 12 games played.

Brooke Smith, Northwest Rankin: The Georgia signee has a .540 batting average with 42 runs, 19 RBIs, 34 hits, 30 stolen bases and 16 extra-base hits.

Marlee Smith, Sebastopol: Smith is batting .603 with 41 runs, 41 hits and 24 RBIs.

Leona Klaire Stokes, Lewisburg: Stokes has a .545 batting average with eight home runs, 25 RBIs, 43 runs and 26 stolen bases.

Hannah Jo Sullivan, Brandon: The Mississippi State commit is batting .588 with 40 hits, 40 runs scored, 36 RBIs and 23 extra-base hits, including 12 home runs.

Morgan Taylor, Petal: Taylor is batting .409 with 27 hits, 27 runs, 21 RBIs and 16 extra-base hits, including six home runs.

Grace Wallis, Northwest Rankin: The Mississippi College signee is hitting .486 with 34 hits, 33 RBIs and a 12-2 record in the circle with 93 strikeouts and a 1.15 ERA.

Mary Taylour Wilbourn, Grenada: Wilbourn has a 1.64 ERA with 12-7 record and 194 strikeouts in 102⅔ innings pitched.

Allee Williamson, Purvis: Williamson has a .513 batting average with 39 hits, 22 RBIs and 16 extra-base hits, including 14 doubles.
