As the 2026 Tennessee high school softball season came to a close, The Daily Herald highlighted the Columbia area's top players as part of our All-Area teams.
Summit's Missouri signee Audrey Cathey was named The Daily Herald's Softball Player of the Year, but she was far from the only area player to log a standout campaign.
Now you can make your pick for which athlete had the most impressive season by voting for the Columbia area's top TSSAA softball player in 2026.
Here are the nominees, each having featured on the All-Area First Team.
Autumn Forkum, Battle Creek, Fr.: Forkum was named to the All-District 11-3A First Team after going 8-1 in the circle with 147 strikeouts in 143.2 innings and a 2.44 ERA.
