Central Wisconsin is flooded with inspirational coaches spread across the region from girls basketball to baseball. For the 2025-26 season, who is worthy of being called best of the best?
Cast your vote for Central Wisconsin’s Coach of the Year, from a field of elite leaders who either guided their groups to the state tournament, or won the state championship in their respective sports.
Entrants include Edgar’s Jerry Sinz who fell just short of leading the Edgar Wildcats to a third consecutive championship, all the over to Pacelli girls basketball coach Alison Smaglik who led Pacelli to their first state tournament appearance and walked away with the program's first gold ball.
