With the 2025-26 high school sports season ongoing, the El Paso Times will give readers a chance to vote to identify El Paso's top athletes.

This week, readers can vote for which El Paso Times' El Paso Children's Hospital high school male athlete had the best performance in football.

Here are this week's nominees:

• JaDarius Sanders, El Dorado football. Had 101 yards receiving, 99 yards rushing and 90-yard kickoff return for a score in 77-76 win vs. Amarillo High in Class 5A, Division 2 football playoffs.
• Jake Fette, Del Valle football. Fette rushed for three touchdowns and threw three touchdown passes in 45-42 loss to Lubbock Cooper in Class 5A, Division 2 playoffs.
• Jamari Milton, Andress football. In 28-14 win vs. Wichita Falls Memorial, he threw a pair of touchdowns and guided the team to two other scores.
• Braeden Quigley, Eastlake basketball. In wins vs. Frenship and Lubbock Coronado, he scored a combined 36 points.
• Justin Herrera, Montwood basketball. In win vs. Andress, Herrera scored 12 points and had 11 rebounds.
• Hayden Brack, Franklin basketball. He scored 30 points in win vs. El Dorado.
• Jacob Perez, Hanks basketball. In win vs. Anthony, he scored 26 points.
• Daveon Singleton, Chapin football. In 42-35 loss to Abilene Cooper, he had 218 yards rushing and 201 yards passing.
