BLACKSBURG, Va. (WFXR) – The 2026 ACC Wrestling Championships were held at Cassell Coliseum in Blacksburg. With 106 total points, the Hokies crowned the 2026 ACC Wrestling Champions.

Virginia Tech also picked up individual titles. In the 125-pound weight class, Eddie Ventresca defends his title against Nick Provo (Stanford) 2-1. Hokies Aaron Seidel defeated Tyler Knox (Stanford) 18-3 for the 133-pound title. Virginia Tech’s Collin Gaj claimed the 149-pound championship after beating Koy Buesgens (NCSU) 2-1. In the 184-pound weight class, Jaden Bullock defeats Jake Dailey (UNC) 4-1. Hokies Sonny Sasso wins the 197-pound title, defeating Angelo Posado (Stanford) 12-2.

For the fourth time in program history, and the third time in four seasons, all ten Virginia Tech wrestlers qualified for the national tournament in Cleveland. Lastly, Virginia Tech freshman wrestler Aaron Seidel won most outstanding wrestler honors.
