Reports are out on Wednesday that the Minnesota Vikings have reworked their contract with Jones to allow him to remain with the team for the 2026 season. His new money in the contract will allow him to make $5.5 million for the 2026 season as the team navigates its salary cap issues.

Aaron Jones battled injuries in 2025, but looked like he had a decent amount of gas left in the tank with a productive 2024 season for the team.
