Victor Wembanyama's stardom may be the worst-kept secret in the NBA. The 23-year-old has already established himself as the face of the league's future, and in his first playoff run, he has risen to the occasion as a leader.

While the San Antonio Spurs trail 3-1 in the NBA Finals against the New York Knicks, Wembanyama has delivered his best shot-blocking performance of the series. And it's all come in the first half, with a whopping five blocks through 24 minutes of action.

San Antonio needs to win tonight's game, or its season will be over, sending Mitch Johnson and Co. back to the drawing board.

Here's a look at Wembanyama's Game 5 performance, which included a defensive clinic.
