Vermont American Legion baseball 2026 state tournament seeds, schedule and scores

There will be a new Legion Baseball champion after the defending champions St. Johnsbury Post 58 did not compete in 2026.

Essex Post 91 and White River Jct. Post 84 captured the top seeds in the North and South Divisions for the second year in a row.

The five-day, double-elimination tournament begins Saturday, July 25. Games will be played in Fair Haven either at the high school or the Fair Haven Rec Field. See below for seeds, matchups and final scores throughout the five days.

Game 1: Brattleboro Post 5 vs. Addison County, 1 p.m.

Game 3: Lyndon Post 30 vs. White River Jct. Post 84, 4 p.m.

At Fair Haven Union High School

*Southern Vermont Wild card: Lakes Region Post 49/50/87 vs. Bennington Post 13, 10 a.m.

* Winner earns the No. 4 seed in the Southern bracket. Lakes Region Post is this year's host and automatically advances to the playoffs.

Game 2: Franklin County Post 1 vs. Ludlow Post 36, 1 p.m.

Game 4: Winner of Southern Vermont Wild Card vs. Essex Post 91, 4 p.m.

SUNDAY, JULY 26​
