TPC San Antonio's Oaks Course is a 7,435-yard Par 72 designed by Greg Norman and Sergio Garcia that features Bermuda fairways and greens.
Hitting it long and straight off the tee will grant enough scoring opportunities with wedges and short irons if the Texas wind stays down. Notably, four of the last eight winners led the field in greens in regulation.
Consistently getting up and down will be a challenge on these tough greens, giving short-game specialists a big advantage if the conditions are tougher and greens in regulation are harder to come by.
Though he's missed the cut in two of his three starts at TPC San Antonio (T14 in 2024), I can see Ludvig Aberg (+1600) pulling away as a solo favorite by Thursday morning. He finished T5 at THE PLAYERS and T3 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational before that.
And while fan favorite Jordan Spieth (+1800) is already near the top of the board, his price could shorten as public action comes in on the Texas native.
