Jozy Altidore and his ailing hamstring were left out of the starting lineup for the United States against Panama on Monday night in the CONCACAF Gold Cup. With the U.S. team assured of first place and advancement from Group A, coach Jurgen Klinsmann continued to shuffle his lineup in search of a spark. Dempsey scored all three American goals in wins over Haiti and Honduras.
