After day 2 of the 2026 NFL draft wrapped up from the Steel City, the Denver Broncos are still sitting in a great place. After trading the 62nd overall pick to the Buffalo Bills, the Broncos received a third-round pick, which resulted in defensive tackle Tyler Onyedim (66th overall), and an additional sixth-round pick (182nd overall). Denver is now slated to hold seven selections on the third day of the draft in Pittsburgh.
Here is your first look at how the Day 3 of the draft looks for the Broncos.
The extra fourth-round pick was acquired from the New Orleans Saints in exchange for wide receiver Devaughn Vele last year. Denver also received a pair of seventh-round compensatory picks after losing running back Javonte Williams and punter Riley Dixon during free agency last spring.
The Broncos lost their original sixth-round pick when the team acquired defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers in a trade with the New York Jets in 2024. After letting JFM walk in free agency this year, Denver will likely receive a fourth-round comp pick for next year's draft.
