Despite going undrafted, it didn't take long for Wisconsin Badgers star Nick Boyd to find a home in the NBA.

According to numerous reports, Boyd has signed with the Golden State Warriors. Boyd will have to earn his spot on the team, no doubt, but he's got a shot to make an impact on an organization that has won seven NBA Championships.

Summer league is right around the corner and that gives Boyd the perfect chance to prove why each NBA team made a mistake by not drafting him.

Ultimately, not being drafted allowed Boyd a little extra freedom in terms of which team he chose to join. Of course, the Warriors still had to express interest in the first place.

At 25-years-old, Boyd's age was likely a huge part of him not being selected in the second round. Plenty of those second-round picks were traded like they meant nothing anyway, so now it's time for Boyd to step up and have the best summer of his life and prove the doubters wrong like he's done before.
