Can't believe Lazard went undrafted. I texted my buddy about the Cards taking him in round 4. He never replied.

Lazard signed with Jax, lol.

FWIW, those are Joe Davidson’s HS sizes that are listed. He is now 6’7 235. Kid was a Ray Guy finalist twice and one of 7 punters to be invited to the combine. Led the nation in kicks over 60yds but struggles with hangtime. Maybe there’s something there.

How many of the undrafted FAs were actually on the Cards Big Board for the draft?

These guys are the result of a lot of work by the SK/Personnel Office and I look forward to seeing how many earn a final roster spot.

Deatrick Nichols just sounds like a good football name. He has to wind up being a good player, right?

I see several guys who could posssibly make the active roster (Frank Ginda LB,Deatrick Nichols CB,Haston Adams DT,) and several who can be Practice squad guys to develop (alec James DE,Zeke Turner S,Elijah Battle CB, etc;

After watching the highlight reel you can see that Nichols has solid tackling skills and a nose for the ball. The level he was playing at might be a factor in stepping up. Interesting prospect.

Sure are an awful lot of small school players getting signed. Will House- Southern Nazarene? It's an Oklahoma religious school, while I live in this state I've never heard of the guy and the school is rarely mentioned around here.

Probably most of them. Almost every one of them were signed within a few hours of the end of the draft.

Three kids from Yale, Princeton and Fordham. Makes you wonder whether Card brass is trying to design a brainy environment for their new QB and change the culture of the franchise long term.
