The buzz around college basketball right now is the future of Hubert Davis in Chapel Hill as head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels. After the Tar Heels fell to VCU on Thursday night, blowing a 19-point lead, the attention turned to Davis.

North Carolina or Davis has yet to make a decision on the future of the head coach but all signs point to him being out as coach. It feels like a matter of time at this point.

On Monday, a new report suggested that as well. WRAL's Pat Welter is reporting that player exit meetings, which are supposed to start on Tuesday, have been postponed:

That could mean a few things. The program is still making up its mind on the decision and want to wait to conduct the meetings until there is a decision. Or the program continues to move in the direction of moving on from Davis, and wants to get everything in order first.

The timeline for all of this was always going to be sometime later this week and that feels right still.
