UFC 330 Highlights! Stoltzfus Shocks Abdul-Malik With Upset Submission

Dustin Stoltzfus poured in the best performance of his career earlier tonight (Sat., Aug. 15, 2026) at UFC 330 LIVE on Paramount+ from inside Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Penn., stunning middleweight prospect Mansur Abdul-Malik with a second-round submission (rear-naked choke).

Despite losing for the first time in his career his last time out, Abdul-Malik was still a heavy betting favorite to take care of Stoltzfus and get back into the 185-pound win column. After all, Abdul-Malik was the younger, faster, stronger, and more athletic fighter. The thing that oddsmakers didn’t account for was the toughness and grittiness of Stoltzfus’ game.

After a back-and-forth first round that saw both men have meaningful moments, Stoltzfus really came alive in the second round. He landed multiple right hands on the feet to stun Abdul-Malik and backed him against the cage. From there, Stoltzfus dragged the action to the canvas and started to score some heavy ground-and-pound. As Abdul-Malik tried to return to his feet Stoltzfus quickly grabbed a hold of his neck and sunk in the rear-naked choke.
