Tyson Fury will return to the ring against heavyweight journeyman Mariusz Wach on Friday, July 24, at the Max Muay Thai Stadium in Pattaya, Thailand.

It will mark Fury's final warm-up fight before he heads into a blockbuster all-British superfight with Anthony Joshua later this year. Joshua is set for a tune-up himself one day later in Saudi Arabia against the equally unheralded Kristian Prenga.

Despite rumors surrounding a shock link-up between Fury and UFC CEO Dana White's Zuffa Boxing, the fight will be co-promoted by Spencer Brown's Goldstar Promotions and Frank Warren's Queensberry and will not involve Zuffa. Since losing to Jarrell Miller in 2017, Wach has become a journeyman, falling short 11 times in his past 17 fights.
