The estranged wife of Tyreek Hill alleges in a court document that the Miami Dolphins star receiver was violent toward her on eight occasions through their 17-month marriage.

According to court filings from their ongoing divorce case obtained by TMZ, Keeta Vaccaro said the first incident occurred in January 2024, two months after the two were married. Hill's "conduct was extreme, outrageous, beyond all bounds of decency, and is regarded as atrocious and utterly intolerable in a civilized community," Vaccaro wrote, according to TMZ.

Attorneys for Hill responded to TMZ, saying "we believe these allegations are nothing more than an attempt by Ms. Vaccaro, her mother and/or her counsel to shake Mr. Hill down."

Vaccaro filed for divorce in April after Sunny Isles police were called to their apartment by Vaccaro's mother, who said Hill was acting “very aggressive and impulsive” toward Vaccaro. In an emergency motion filed in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, Vaccaro said Hill acted in an "abusive" manner toward her.

Here's what we know about the latest allegations, as well as Hill's history of domestic violence allegations:

What's the latest Tyreek Hill domestic violence allegation?

According to TMZ, Keeta Vaccaro wrote in filings for their ongoing divorce case that Hill first became violent toward her in January 2024. The story says the incident occurred at their home in Southwest Ranches, the same one that caught fire Jan. 3 of that year. Broward County court records show Hill filed for divorce that month, though he denied the reports and the filing was later withdrawn.

According to TMZ, Vaccaro wrote another incident occurred Feb. 7, 2024 on their way to the Pro Bowl in Orlando. The 2024 Pro Bowl Games finale took place Feb. 4. Vaccaro claimed eight total instances of domestic violence against her, according to TMZ, including one in which Hill spit on her.

Julius B. Collins, a criminal defense attorney based in Atlanta who is representing Hill, responded to TMZ that the allegations are false. Collins called the information obtained by TMZ a shakedown, saying it was "an attempt to generate bad media coverage for Mr. Hill and therefore extort a large settlement offer from Mr. Hill."

Tyreek Hill divorce details

In November 2023, Tyreek Hill married Keeta Vaccaro. The marriage got rocky fairly quickly, though, with Hill filing for divorce in January 2024 (he said he didn't despite paperwork to the contrary) only to withdraw the request later. Then in April 2025, police in Sunny Isles responded to a domestic dispute at their home that led to Keeta filing for divorce and an emergency motion against Hill, saying he acted in an "abusive" manner toward her.

The two are now separated, with Hill reportedly paying his estranged wife between $20,000 and $50,000 per month in addition to a one-time $500,000 court-ordered payment, $100,000 to buy a vehicle and more than $450,000 for legal fees, according to the Daily Mail. Hill's attorney denied that the payments were ordered, saying Hill offered to pay Vaccaro $500,000 "to do as she wished and needed" and to give her the money for a vehicle.

Tyreek Hill domestic violence history

Tyreek Hill was dismissed from the Oklahoma State football and track teams after he was arrested on domestic assault and battery charges in December 2014. Crystal Espinal, who was pregnant with Hill's child, said he choked her and punched her in the stomach and face. Hill initially pleaded not guilty before changing to a guilty plea and eventually reaching a plea deal to serve three years' probation.

In April 2019, while he was with the Kansas City Chiefs, Hill was investigated for battery after their son, now 3, suffered a broken arm. Hill and Espinal, now his fiancée, temporarily lost custody of the child, but Kansas City police said they would not press child abuse charges.

A day later, a Kansas City TV station released audio of a conversation between Hill and Espinal in which they talked about what happened to their son.

Espinal: "He's terrified of you."

Hill: "You need to be terrified of me too, b****."

The audio led the NFL to announce an indefinite suspension the following day. In July, the NFL said it concluded its investigation and said Hill would not be suspended for any games.

On June 18, 2023, the day after the football camp at Boca Raton High School, a man working on a charter boat at Haulover Marina in North Miami Beach got into a fight when two women tried to board a boat. He said while he was telling the women to get off the boat, an argument broke out between employees and the group the women were with, which included Hill.

A man believed to be Hill slapped the worker on the back of the neck. Police said the man was pushed away from the worker before charging at the worker and having to be restrained. A settlement was reached in July, and the NFL took no disciplinary action.
