With the NCAA tournament starting this week, it's never too early to look to the future of the game at the high school basketball level.
Seemingly every year, a talented batch of freshmen comes in and takes the college basketball world by storm. Most are one-and-done players, but in their lone college season, most make the most of their opportunity.
The 2025 class was loaded with elite talent that should make a splash in some way over the next three weeks. What about next year's group, though?
As good as the 2025 class was, the 2026 class is just as loaded with talent heading to nearly every major program around the country.
Based on their composite rankings from the three major recruiting outlets, here are the top 25 players in the 2026 class.
