TYLER, Texas (KETK) — The Tyler Legacy Lady Raiders girls’ basketball team came from behind to beat Rockwall 35-26 Tuesday night, avenging an earlier loss to the Lady Jackets and clinching at least a share of the 10-6A title.
Tyler Legacy trailed Rockwall 15-12 at halftime but the Lady Raiders rallied in the second half to take down the Lady Jackets.
Tyler Legacy improves to 24-6 overall and 9-2 in district play with the win, while staying in first place in the 10-6A district standings.
The Lady Raiders will have a chance to claim the outright district title when Tyler Legacy wraps up the regular season on Friday, February 6 at Forney.
Tipoff is set for 6:30 p.m. at the Forney High School Gym in Forney.
