New Mexico State announced its first uniform with Adidas in grandiose fashion. It'll still try to do that with its other uniforms, although those announcements may not generate the same level of anticipation now.

The Aggies' road white and home crimson uniforms have been leaked by multiple players on their social media accounts. The most notable one came from wide receiver Brodie Malone-Bradford, who's expected to be one of NM State's top pass-catchers after a promising freshman season.

Malone-Bradford posted a video on his Instagram story, which has since been deleted, of him in the brand-new white uniforms. The uniform features large "NM STATE" text and numbers on the front that are crimson with a black outline. It also included numbers on the top of the shoulder pads and three stripes on the sides, with the top and bottom ones being black and the middle one being crimson. The pants are white and feature the Aggies' white 'Script State Mark' logo.

Malone-Bradford's video also gave fans a peek at the new crimson uniform, which is worn by freshman wide receiver JaDarius Sanders. The uniform features a white Script State Mark logo on the front instead of a wordmark, similar to NM State's crimson uniform from Under Armour last season. There are white numbers on the front and on the top of the shoulder pads with a black outline, and the sides of the shoulder pads feature two black stripes and one white stripe that match the style of the white uniform.

Aggies quarterback Kalani McLeod also posted an image of himself in the new attire. It gives fans a better look at the crimson uniforms, this time with the white pants and NM State's new Inn of the Mountain Gods patch sponsor.

NM State's new black uniform was announced by the team on July 1, the day when its contract with Adidas officially started. It is similar to the crimson one, with the same font for the NM State wordmark and number. Both the wordmark and the number are white, and there are no stripes or numbers on the shoulder pads.

The reception was a mixed bag. Several fans liked the new black uniform, while others questioned whether the supposed crimson-colored outlines for the number, collarbone and sleeves were even crimson or not. One fan even commented that the shade of red looks "too Lobo-y" in reference to rival New Mexico's cherry color.

Much better look for the Aggies! IMO anything looks better than UnderArmour.

I like these new unis! I’m assuming they’ll be revealing other combinations soon?

Looks more red than crimson. I’m not a fan of the black since it is not one of the main colors.

Too lobo-y

All three uniforms feature a noticeably larger Conference USA patch. It is the league's alternate logo that puts a large C on top, with the signature star and USA on the bottom. Previous jerseys included CUSA's primary logo, which features a horizontal CUSA with a star between the C and the U.

NM State has also announced new crimson and white uniforms from Adidas for volleyball. The crimson one features a large white Script State Mark logo and white numbers, both with a black outline. The back has "Aggies" on it with the New Mexico flag at the top.

The white uniform includes the Aggies' "Zia Mark" logo, crimson numbers and a black stripe on the side that fades away as it goes down.

NM State announced its new deal with Adidas in December 2025 to replace Under Armour. Adidas will outfit the Aggies until at least 2031, and NM State can extend it to 2033.
