The Tennessee high school softball region tournament play begins on May 11.

Here's a look at the TSSAA region tournament semifinal and championship game schedules in the Nashville area.

Note: If a district winner from a district that is to host the regional finals is defeated, the district runner-up from that district shall host the regional finals.

Class 4A​

Region 3-4A​

May 11: Coffee County at East Hamilton; Walker Valley at Lincoln County

May 13: Region championship: East Hamilton-Coffee County winner vs. Lincoln County-Walker Valley winner
