Travis Kelce makes young fan’s day by responding to Taylor Swift request at Chiefs training camp

Travis Kelce’s personal life has been a major talking point over recent weeks following his and Taylor Swift’s wedding.

The veteran tight end is returning to play for the Kansas City Chiefs this season despite speculation surrounding his potential retirement.

Kelce will be suiting up for his 14 year in the NFL having recently tied the knot with global megastar Swift.

Big improvements are needed from the Chiefs this season following a disastrous 2025, which ended in a 6-11 record.

Eyes will be on Kelce to return to his best form after three consecutive years below 1,000 reception yards.

Even more eyes are on Kelce due to his marriage to Swift, with fans flocking to the Chiefs’ training camp in the hope of meeting the 36-year-old.

Travis Kelce responds to Taylor Swift fan’s request during Chiefs training camp​

Fans think Kelce looks improved this offseason following his marriage to Swift at the start of July.

This may be the final season for fans to appreciate the great tight end, with one Swift fan getting a joking response from Kelce at training camp.

Having signed autographs for those in attendance, one fan said: “Travis, say hi to Taytay for me!”

Kelce was quick to respond, he said: “You call her Taytay too?”


Swift and Kelce have become one of the world’s most recognisable couples, with the pop star often seen in attendance at the Chiefs’ games.

However, Kelce’s full focus will now be back on football and returning the Chiefs to where they have become accustomed: at the top of the game.

Adding the Super Bowl MVP, Kenneth Walker III, may help to take some of the pressure off Kelce this season.

The tight end is set to turn 37 years of age in October, which will make him one of the oldest starting players in the league.

Perhaps this may be one last dance for Kelce, but he will remain in the public eye even after he retires given his relationship with a global sensation.
