This year we went to Green Bay (unfortunately). Next year, we will have to see what game you are going to. We've been to Tampa (Super Bowl), London, Dallas, New York, Chicago, Kansas City, Green Bay, Houston 2x, and I think I'm missing one or two. Next year, we need to coordinate!
We have made all those except New York and London. We were also at the Superbowl. Next year we're doing Indy. 2026 we're doing the chargers and the giants, 2027 is San Francisco and we're done.

Maybe London if we were to get another game there. I would like to do Tampa again to see them play the Bucs and Atlanta has a new stadium, so that's a possibility.

Should have added that we had up our season tickets through 98. We moved to Wisconsin that November and Green Bay was our first road trip during the 98 season. So we should be done with the quest in a total of 29 years. And we missed a complete year due to COVID-19 games.

Sedona is what it is. I like flagstaff better but Sedona is nice if you’re into the artsy stuff. I would consider Scottsdale just as much of a tourist trap as Sedona. Lol
Yes, it is, which is why I have no use for it either. I have lived here 73 years and have gone to Sedona 2 times, which is 2 times too many, for me. To each his own, just my opinion.

Sedona is beautiful! Yes it can be a bit touristy but I’ve never traveled to Sedona for the shops. It’s all about the wonderful red rocks and hikes which are amazing. Golf courses are pretty nice too.

If you have time for a one day turnaround, I’d recommend driving early and stopping at Colt Grill BBQ in Village of Oak Creek. I’ve eaten here 3 times. Casual place and anything with the brisket in is amazing. They serve mean breakfast with BBQ too!

I like downtown Gilbert - it's not huge by any stretch, but there are some nice spots

Old Town Scottsdale is a mixed bag for me - I think the bars get worse as the night goes on and the entertainment district is like my 4th level of hell. Restaurants are hit or miss, but mostly overpriced and mostly unremarkable, unless you are bringing the big wallet. I do like the aesthetic, shops, etc.

For a quick trip, you can do fine in Glendale.

The Westgate area is growing beyond what is just available at Westgate.

There are a few fun spots at Park West (101 & Northern) - I'm a fan of Tiki Star, especially when the weather is nice

Can shoot into downtown Glendale which has some good food options or up to Arrowhead or further west into Avondale/Litchfield Park/Goodyear.

Biggest challenge is that once you get outside actual Westgate the closing times come early

Totally agree with this - unless you're into the Scottsdale scene, you'll think it's really overrated...a Vegas wannabe in the entertainment district. I much prefer downtown Phx to Old Town.

Never Glendale.

Old town Gilbert has some good restaurants and bars. Plus downtown Chandler is also right up the road as well which has the best steakhouse in the valley.

Elliots

Old Town/Downtown Gilbert slander here is unacceptable. Good food, easy parking, nice people-watching. It won't handle 100k people, but it's good enough for the old man. Plenty of options catering to every taste.

Have not been to Elliot's though. Sad that Serrano's followed Brunchie's to the grave in DT Chandler.

Sedona is a tourist trap. WE natives stay away, Mike.

Not this native! We love the red rocks every few years.
