Tottenham Hotspur are actively looking at candidates to replace interim manager Igor Tudor if they decide to sack him after the Liverpool game, according to The Athletic journalist David Ornstein. The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium club have lost each of the four games the Croatian has overseen since replacing Thomas Frank some weeks ago. Spurs lost 5-2 to Atletico Madrid in the first-leg of their Champions League last-16 tie earlier this week and their fans have been calling for his head.


The North London club decided to stick with him for the trip to Anfield on Sunday, but it could be his last game in charge if they lose. Tottenham will look to bring in another manager ahead of their second-leg against Atletico next Wednesday if that happens, but it is unknown whether their next appointment would be on an interim basis or a longer-term appointment. Spurs will keep exploring their options ahead of Sunday and it is likely that they have already started to reach out to available managers.

A comeback against the La Liga club is unlikely, but a win against the Reds could give Tudor a lifeline.
