CBS NFL broadcaster Tony Romo hasn't exactly gotten glowing reviews during his recent stint in the booth.
A big broadcast gaffe during Saturday's AFC divisional playoff game between the Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos showed why Romo has been getting lots of flak for his commentary.
During a Bills play breakdown, Romo somehow referred to Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen as Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Yes, that really happened. He called Allen "Mahomes" during a breakdown.
We have no idea how in the world you do this, other than just muscle memory from calling Mahomes playoff games.
Romo really needs to refine his craft in the offseason, lest his broadcast work suffers more cringey errors like this one.
