Matt Hasselbeck threw two touchdown passes and the Tennessee Titans kept alive their playoff hopes with a 23-22 victory over the Houston Texans on Sunday. The Titans (9-7) earned their first winning record since 2008 in Mike Munchak's first season, but their postseason fate depended on the outcome of later games in Cincinnati, Oakland and Denver.
