Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Peter Skoronski has been a rare bright spot for the organization over the last three years. He quietly does his job, he doesn't complain, he doesn't make waves, and he rarely misses games with an injury. He joined the organization at the same time as Brian Callahan, and he's playing for his third offensive line coach since joining the Titans.

Prior to Carmen Briscillo, Bill Callahan was the offensive line coach for two seasons, and for Skoronski's rookie season, his offensive line coach was Jason Houghtaling. After OTAs on Thursday, Skoronski was asked what it's like working with Briscillo.

"There's a lot of differences from previous coaches," Skoronski says. "I think his intensity is really high. I think the cohesiveness aspect he preaches and us being on the same page is a huge thing he emphasizes. Being in the right place at the right time and finishing has been a really big aspect of what he's preached.

"There's a lot of differences from previous groups, not good or bad, but just do things to adjust, just tiny little mannerisms and techniques we're learning. But, yeah, I've really enjoyed working with them so far."

The Titans exercised Skoronski's fifth-year option, keeping him in Nashville through the 2027 season. He's seen his fair share of coaching changes, so he probably notices a lot of differences between various groups. He did well to keep the focus on the current staff and what they are doing, and the Titans are hopeful that these changes will improve the offensive line and keep Cam Ward from spending too much time on the ground or being flushed out of the pocket in 2026.
