TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WHNT) — The Alabama Crimson Tide will be without star defensive lineman LT Overton against Oklahoma.
The initial college football playoff injury was released Tuesday evening. Six Alabama players have already been ruled out.
The following players won’t suit up for Alabama on Friday:
- DL – LT Overton
- RB – Kevin Riley
- DL – Jeremiah Beaman
- DB – Kameron Howard
- DB – Dre Kirkpatrick Jr.
- LB – Jah-Marien Latham

The loss of Overton is a blow for the Tide, as he has accounted for four sacks on the season and has been a force as a pass rusher.
The following players are listed as questionable for the Tide:
- TE – Josh Cuevas
- TE – Danny Lewis Jr.
The Oklahoma Sooners will be without the following players:
- DB – Gentry Williams
- DB – Kendel Dolby
- DB – Jeremiah Newcombe
- OL – Troy Everett

- OL – Jake Maikkula
The following players are listed as probable for the Sooners:
- RB Jovantae Barnes
Alabama and Oklahoma will kick off on Friday at 7 p.m. CT.
