Ott has done a good job but the rigidity of his lineups these last few months confound me.

We were super flexible for most of the year, riding hot hands, finding mismatches and since like the 50 game mark or so we will ride crap lineups into the ground.

Fleming not getting a shot when he had consistently been excellent when given a chance blows me mind.

Let's not forget he's a rookie too. He's got room to learn and grow.
