Mike Brown: "This is a players' league. If you don't have buy-in from your players, you have no shot at coaching anybody else on the team. And these guys made my job easy. I love Josh. You need a guy that wears his emotions on his sleeve, and he does do that. There were a few times I went to him and I said, 'Hey, I'm going to let you do what the hell you want. You do anything you want. Just play hard. I'm going to tell you what I'm thinking. If you don't like it, you have one opportunity right there, you can curse me out. I ain't going to say nothing back. But then after you curse me out, we got to end it. We got to try to work together to move forward.' And he was great with it."
