NOT sayin' I'm happy about it BUT...I really appreciated the post-game comments/attitude by players/coaches. Basically, what I heard was...WE CAN PLAY BETTER! I got the feelin' they were pretty ticked about their performance and resolved to do better. Also, B.A. mentioned a very powerful word...LEARN.

Many "lose" but that doesn't mean they're defeated. They absorb, reflect, LEARN, and DO BETTER! ...and the "chips" fall where they do. So be it!

That's why championships are "earned" and NOT given.

MARK IN SC :)

9-2, 1st place, and YES...I'M GONNA' BASK!!! :D

It all sounds good, but we'll have to see how the offense does against a poor Falcons D on Sunday. I think this is a must win for us. It can put us in position to come back home & get that all important 11th win.

We almost needed it. 6 in a row is enough. It's not like I like loosing but we need a little wake up call headed into the rest of the season. In Seattle against the champs is a respectable loss if any. Well both of our losses have been...

I agree.

This loss is not the end of the world and I'm sure BA will use it to motivate for the stretch run.

No Monday off this week boys!

I'm of the mind that a team that's suffered as many player losses as us and has been squeaking out Ws all season probably didn't need a wakeup. they've got to know how close to the edge they've been playing all season.

that said, hopefully the bitter taste in their mouths will pushes us even harder this week, because even though the Falcons are 4-7, they're still playing for a division title (somehow) and it's a roady so it'll be tough either way.

Any given Sunday, right?

That said, the Fowlcons are a league worst in yards per game allowed. They are near the bottom in rushing yards allowed per game, as well as points allowed per game.
They are however, 5th in the league in defensive takeaways...
So, if we can somehow put together a mere, halfway decent run game and Stanton is able to play mistake-free, we should come out on top.

But again.... any given Sunday....
