Finally got around to watching the second season. I thought it started good and ended solid but dragged in the middle. I think it would of greatly benefitted from being 10 episodes instead of 13. Also, I thought that pretty much everything having to do with the psychiatrist lady was mind numbingly stupid. Still wish it was getting a 3rd season though.

I liked season one but am losing steam a few episodes into season 2 now. I don't know that the Billy story line needed continuing, and I'm not terribly into the new big bad. Not having read the comics, his background wasn't really clear, and a scripture-quoting villain seems a little cliche. If Frank is roaming the countryside, in a way I can see this show as better for the old network model (violence aside), which could have mixed villain-of-the-week with an over-arching plot related to Frank's past.
